If your MagMount™ doesn't earn its spot in your gym bag, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is our own store policy, offered on top of any rights you already have by law.
If your MagMount™ arrives faulty or develops a genuine defect, this is covered separately from the 30-day window above — contact us and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
Email [email protected] with your order details. We'll confirm the return and the address to send it back to.
For a change-of-mind return, you cover return shipping. For a defective item, we cover it.
Once your return is approved, we submit the refund within 3 business days, and it typically lands back on your original payment method within 14 business days — this matches how our payment processor, Ziina, actually handles refunds. Refunds are always returned to your original payment method, never cash.
